Pastest Debuts New Brand at AMSA Convention

undefinedIn line with Pastest’s global commitment to medical test prep, we recently exhibited at the AMSA convention in Washington D.C., the largest medical student gathering in the United States.

At the Pastest booth we got the chance to debut our new brand to hundreds of medical students and the feedback was incredibly positive. We demoed the latest version of our USMLE Step 1 Qbank which features a new streamlined interface, as well as our cutting-edge new mobile app which allows students to work seamlessly offline.

We also had a ton of fun handing out Pastest T-shirts to attendees that quickly became the hit of the show featuring the tag line “Trust Me I’m a Med Student!” One student proudly sporting her new T-shirt said “everybody says trust me I’m a doctor, but what about us med students? You can trust us as well!”
We also took the opportunity to engage with students in a number of focus groups. Not only did we learn first hand about their test prep needs, but we also got valuable feedback on some innovative new product concepts that we will be introducing in the near future that promise to transform the way students prepare for USMLE.

Meharry Medical College student Raleigh Fatoki who attended a Pastest focus group said “It was really cool to get a first-hand look at some of Pastest’s innovative ideas to help students excel on board exams.”

Stay tuned for more on these exciting new product developments!

While we were in Washington we also took the opportunity to drop in on second year medical students at Georgetown University with whom we are partnering on a pilot program for our USMLE Step 1 Question Bank. The students are taking their step 1 exam in June and are just entering their intensive period of USMLE Step 1 test prep; for those guys, the new Pastest USMLE Step 1 Qbank and mobile app have come just in time!
