"Why buy my book?" by author Rob Daniels

''When we set out to write this book our aim was to produce a book that would help GP trainees to prepare for the MRCGP exam, using up to date clinical material presented in a format as close to the MRCGP exam as possible.

"Like many adult learners, I learn best through anecdote, and find it much easier to remember patients than lists. I have tried, therefore, to base questions on real case histories where possible, with concise teaching notes to reinforce learning.

"We have found over the years that this book is also used by established doctors in the UK and further afield as part of their continuing professional development, and we have tried to ensure that the information is written in a style that also appeals to them.

"I hope you find this format useful whatever your career stage, and that it helps you achieve your goals."
