Pastest, the UK’s leading online medical revision resource, has partnered with mental health charity You Okay, Doc? in an industry first initiative to support the healthcare community.

Statistics from the General Medical Council show that 63% of trainees and 52% of trainers are at a moderate or high risk of burnout. Dr Daniel Gearon founded You Okay, Doc? in 2019. Supported by psychotherapists and business professionals, their vision is to eradicate the stigma associated with mental health in the healthcare community, reframe the conversation and thereby reduce mental illness. Their mission is to enable medical students, doctors and nurses to seek support, speak freely about mental health and be equipped to manage the inevitable occupational pressures faced.

Dr Gearon, the charity’s CEO, said: "This partnership is really exciting - it's the beginning of a great relationship!
